Power Pack Studios is in the business of empowering women in music, through strength-based collaborations. It is through this lens that Kate is passionate about writing and promoting music with impact to get placed in film, tv, and advertisements. She focuses her creativity on harnessing the emotional connection making her songs well suited for sync placement as evidenced by her growing list of songs placed in film including: Releasing You, Fall for You, and Only Way Out.  Kate’s songs have also gained recognition within the industry having songs on NSAI’s One To Watch list and placing in regional song competitions.

As a songwriter, Kate is a gifted collaborator, who aids in conceptualizing and driving the construction of each song. She facilitates songwriting sessions with questions that extract depth of content from co-writers resulting in sonic art that displays vivid imagery and rich emotion. Kate has an ability to distill a message down to its essence as shown in her simply written lyrics.
